At Shreem Numerology, every consultation, name correction, mobile number recommendation, business name suggestion, and numerology analysis is personally prepared based on the information provided by the client.
Since every service requires professional expertise, time, and personalized analysis, the following Refund Policy shall apply to all bookings.
1. Consultation Services
All consultations and recommendations provided by Shreem Numerology are personalized in nature.
Once the consultation has commenced, the numerological analysis has been performed, or any report, recommendation, remedy, name suggestion, or mobile number recommendation has been shared with the client, the service shall be deemed to have started.
As these services are customized for an individual client and cannot be transferred, reused, or resold, consultation fees are non-refundable after the service has commenced.
2. Mobile Number Recommendation & Revision
Every mobile number recommendation is prepared after a detailed numerological analysis based on the client’s personal details and requirements.
If a client is not satisfied with the initially suggested mobile number(s), Shreem Numerology will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative numerologically suitable number combinations, subject to availability and compatibility.
Our aim is to assist every client in finding a suitable number. However, the final selection of a mobile number depends on:
- Personal preference
- Telecom operator availability
- Third-party provider availability
If the client does not like the initially recommended number(s), we are happy to review the case and suggest alternative compatible number combinations wherever reasonably possible. However, such dissatisfaction or personal preference shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
Once the consultation, analysis, or number recommendation process has begun, the service is considered to have started. Therefore, refund requests cannot be accepted on the basis that the suggested number(s) are not personally preferred or do not meet the client’s expectations.
Instead of a refund, Shreem Numerology will continue to provide reasonable assistance by offering revised compatible number options, wherever applicable.
3. Name Correction & Business Name Services
Name correction, business name suggestions, signature analysis, and similar services are prepared exclusively for the client.
Once the recommendations, reports, or consultation have been shared, the service shall be considered delivered and no refund shall be applicable.
4. Duplicate Payment
If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment for the same service due to a technical or payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
Approved refunds for duplicate payments will generally be processed within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
5. Cancellation Before Work Begins
If a client wishes to cancel a booking before any consultation, numerological analysis, report preparation, or personalized work has started, Shreem Numerology may, at its sole discretion, approve a cancellation and refund after deducting any applicable:
- Payment gateway charges
- Administrative charges
- Processing fees
Approval of such requests shall be entirely at the discretion of Shreem Numerology.
6. Technical or Internal Error
If Shreem Numerology is unable to provide the purchased service due to an internal operational issue, technical failure, or any error solely attributable to Shreem Numerology before the service has been delivered, the matter will be reviewed internally.
Depending on the circumstances, the client may be offered:
- A complimentary re-consultation
- Revised recommendations
- A service credit
- A full or partial refund, where deemed appropriate by Shreem Numerology
7. No Guarantee of Results
Numerology is a guidance-based consultation service intended to provide personalized insights and recommendations.
Shreem Numerology does not guarantee any specific outcome, including but not limited to:
- Financial gain
- Business growth
- Employment opportunities
- Marriage or relationship success
- Health improvements
- Academic success
- Lottery or gambling winnings
- Any other guaranteed life event or result
Results vary for every individual and depend upon numerous personal, professional, environmental, and practical factors beyond numerological consultation.
8. Acceptance of Refund Policy
By booking any consultation or making payment for any service offered by Shreem Numerology, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy.
The client further acknowledges that:
- The services are personalized and advisory in nature.
- Personalized work begins immediately after consultation or analysis starts.
- Alternative number suggestions may be provided if required and reasonably possible.
- Refunds shall not be applicable once the consultation or personalized service has commenced, except where expressly stated in this policy.
- Personal dissatisfaction with available number options shall not constitute a failure of service or create an entitlement to a refund.
